Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party production partner (Printify). As a result, processing times may vary depending on the specific item and supplier location.

Production Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for production prior to shipment. This may be extended during peak periods or for specialty items.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

Canada & U.S.: 2–5 business days
International: 5–20 business days

Shipping estimates do not include production time. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has shipped (where tracking is available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item specifications. In some cases, products may ship separately depending on fulfillment center location.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Zain Jaxicus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy & Returns

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
